Recently, requests from candidates have become more frequent that unidentified persons are offering assistance in finding employment at Ancon LLP (hereinafter referred to as the “Company/ANCON”) for a fee.
We hereby inform you that under no circumstances can any of the Company's employees ask for remuneration for assistance or guarantee employment. Actions such as assistance in employment and receiving any remuneration for this are unlawful and unacceptable for the Company.
The decision to accept or refuse a job is made based on the results of several stages of the interview. At each stage of such an interview, an appropriate selection of candidates takes place, based on the requirements of a particular vacancy for qualifications, work experience, skills and knowledge of the candidate.
To be employed by the Company, each applicant goes through the following stages:
✓ Selection of resumes based on qualifications, work experience and skills relevant to the vacancy;
✓ Telephone interview;
✓ Testing for theoretical knowledge;
✓ Testing for practical knowledge.
Each stage is carried out by a separate responsible commission.
ANCON officially declares that the candidate selection process is as transparent as possible and guarantees impartiality and openness at all stages of selection.
The company receives complaints from candidates who took the test and scored high, but were not offered a job. As already stated, the candidate selection process does not depend only on test results, and all interview results are evaluated. Many candidates may be well prepared for the theoretical part, but fail to cope with the practical tasks.
It should be noted that ANCON's selection process is based on the professional qualities of candidates and respects their individual merits. We do not discriminate against candidates on the basis of their gender, age, nationality, religion, social status, disability or other characteristics.
We urge all those interested in our company's vacancies to remain vigilant and not to fall for fraudulent offers from unknown persons.
